Cake before class

The Ducks were playing in the national championship. I had extra frosting lying around from some cupcakes I'd made earlier. Once in a lifetime football game + extra frosting = excuse to make a cake!

I didn't have much frosting so this was a one layer chocolate cake with mint frosting. I made a stencil of the Oregon Ducks logo, and put sprinkles over it. The base layer is a bit thin for looks, but made for a nice, not to sweet, cake. And not bad for no instruction yet.
