The sun was shining above the church.
The parking spot reserved for the get-away car.
The gardenia & ocean breeze candels were placed in the windows.
Communion was ready to be taken.
Guestbook was waiting for its first visitors.
The flowers were ready to be carried.
And my dress was ready to be worn...
I can see how you can have all the stuff ready and waiting for you but the sun -- you've managed to arrange that beautifully. Someone up there must really like you ;)
ReplyDeleteI really wanted to take communion together after we said our vows, but the PCUSA refused to give it to only us. (It's for the community so everyone or no one is the logic.) I didn't want guests to feel pressured or akward about it, so we didn't do it. I'm happy you guys did.
